The company is also dedicated to her two web portals — www.e-expo365.com (in English) and www.bfg.com.cn (in Chinese), which are two leading trade platforms for broadcasting professionals and decision-makers of radio and TV industries both domestically and internationally. |

Education: MBA major in Marketing and Market Research from La Trobe University, Australia;
Experience: Ms Liu founded China Infomedia Co. Ltd. and launched a new magazine, China Broadcasting Buyers Guide in year 2000. Before that, she had enriched her foundation by working as senior management staff in the related companies such as publishing, consulting and FMCG for more than 12 years;
Before 1999, Ms. Liu worked for two years as General Manager of Richina's Media & Entertainment Ltd., a leading publisher of PC Week, PC Magazine, Popular Science, etc. Before that Mrs. Liu co-founded Huicong Company and worked as Vice President.

| Prior to Richina, for five years, Ms. Liu worked as a founder and Vice
President of Huicong Company, a privately owned consulting, advertising and market research company in China and
was responsible for the establishing of Huicong Advanced Forecasting Company in Silicon Valley, a Sino-American
joint venture. At Huicong, Ms. Liu established a research center for analyzing and monitoring the nationwide
advertising expenditures in the computer, telecommunication and automotive industries with key international
clients such as, Compaq, Philips, Epson, Mercedes-Benz, IBM, Hewlett-Packard, TDK and Taiwan based Institute for
Information Industry etc. |
